MadonHerbs Restoring Tea

This tea blend contains herbs that have been traditionally used to restore both mental and physical balance.

Directions: One teaspoon of dried herb added to one cup of hot water, taken 2-3 times over the day.
Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.
